Automail Privacy Policy

Hi, I'm Youssef, the creator of Automail. I built Automail to help users schedule conditional follow-up emails so that they don't have to manually go and write that follow-up email after a couple of days with no response from their recipient. This page outlines the data we collect and why we collect it.
The data we collect
The data we collect from you includes:
your full name, email address, and Gmail profile picture when you sign up with Google
scheduled emails only until they're sent or dropped
Stripe customer id for payments processing
What we do with your data
All the data we collect from Automail is strictly for the application's functionality.
We will not:
sell, share, or rent any of your data to any third parties for any purposes.
use your email templates for any purposes other than providing them to you to use
we will only ever provide data to the government if it is required by law to do so (fraud prevention, money laundering, or any other criminal activities)

We use Google Analytics to collect data about how you use Automail. This includes: your geographic location (country and state). Google Analytics tracks:

a copy of all your personal data that's stored in our systems
that your personal data is deleted from our systems if there's no longer a justification for it
